Ministerial Decree No. 1679 regarding industrial procurement, purchase and trade of wild growing plant species.

The purpose of this Ministerial Decree shall be strengthening of control of industrial procurement, purchase and trade of wild growing plant species and improvement of state regulation of the aforesaid activities. This Ministerial Decree prohibits to the economic entities carrying out industrial procurement (purchase) of wild growing plants, mushrooms and medicinal plants for the purpose of industrial processing or trade thereof to purchase from the population of wild growing species: (a) cowberries with the amount of unripe berries over one percent; (b) cranberries with the amount of unripe berries over five percent; and (c) chanterelle mushrooms with the amount of mass with the diameter of cap of less than 1,5 cm over five percent.
