Ministerial Decree No. 1763 validating the Regulation on tenders for the conclusion of land lease contracts.

This Ministerial Decree establishes terms and conditions of the organization and carrying out tenders for the conclusion of land lease contracts related to land plots that have not been allotted in tenancy, hereditary lifelong possession and ownership. It also establishes rights and duties of the participants of tenders. Rural, district and city executive bodies shall be responsible for tenders related to land plots free of mortgage and dispute settlement. Tenders shall be open to participation by Belarus nationals, stateless persons, foreigners and international organizations. Land plots subject to lease shall be registered in the state land cadastre. The participants shall submit to the land commission, no later than three days before the date set for tender, the application, advance deposit amounting to 10 percent of the initial price of the land plot and special tender due amounting to four basic units.
