Ministerial Decree No. 1886 validating the Regulation on the Volmyanskiy, Glebkovka and Stiklevo state biological reserves.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the Volmyanskiy, Glebkovka and Stiklevo state biological reserves for the purpose of conserving rare nature complexes, forest ecosystems and rare and endangered plant and animal species recorded in the Red Book. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of these reserves: (a) changes to the landscape; (b) waste disposal; (c) industrial harvest of wild plants; (d) flame scaling of timber extraction areas; (e) grazing; and (f) final harvesting and intermediate felling in certain areas. Any natural or legal person causing harm to the reserves shall be liable for damages as provided under national legislation.
