Abstract
This Ministerial Decree validates the Regulation on issuance of certificate attesting production of agricultural commodities by household on the plot of land allotted for small-holding and collective gardening, and the form of the aforesaid certificate. The aforesaid certificate shall be issued to the household and authorizes trade of agricultural commodities, including, animal products, grains, vegetables, fruits and apiculture products. The purpose of the issuance of certificate shall be to register the amount of agricultural commodities produced and traded by households. Annex 1 contains the form of certificate.

ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ СОВЕТА МИНИСТРОВ РЕСПУБЛИКИ БЕЛАРУСЬ 31 декабря 2010 г. № 1935 Об утверждении формы и Положения о порядке выдачи справки, подтверждающей, что реализуемая продукция произведена физическим лицом и (или) лицами, состоящими с ним в отношениях близкого родства (родители (усыновители), дети (в том числе усыновленные, удочеренные), родные братья и сестры, дед, бабка, внуки, прадед, прабабка, правнуки, супруги) или свойства, опекуна, попечителя и подопечного, на находящемся на территории Республики Беларусь земельном участке, предоставленном указанным лицам для строительства и обслуживания жилого дома и ведения личного подсобного хозяйства, коллективного садоводства, дачного строительства, огородничества в виде служебного земельного надела.
