Ministerial Decree No. 2053 validating the Regulation on state supervision over land tenure and land protection.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out supervision over land tenure and land protection by the officials of the State Property Committee provincial land-surveying and geodetic services. Supervision shall be carried out in the form of inspections in accordance with the authorization (Annex 2) issued by the supervising authority. Inspections shall be carried out by the officials within their competence in observance of requirements set by legislation on land protection and land tenure. At the conclusion of inspection the officials shall record data related to land protection and land tenure in the official register.
