Abstract
The Commission for the Regulation of Grain and its Derivates shall be set up for the purpose of regulation of export of grain and its derivates. The Commission shall be independent body guided in its activity by the Constitution, national legislation and the present Ministerial Decree. Being the authorized institution the Commission shall examine the possibility of grain supply outside by the legal persons and individual entrepreneurs outside the national territory and shall make decisions thereon. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall submit to the Commission substantiation for grain export, calculation of the grain resources at the national level and draft decision authorizing export of grain and its derivates.
