Ministerial Decree No. 247 regarding payment for non-domestic waste disposal and special water uses.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that beginning from 1 March 2003 authorization issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection to legal persons (except for public entities) and individual entrepreneurs for non-domestic waste disposal and special water uses shall be charged. Fees for non-domestic waste disposal shall be established as six basic calculation units while water charges for special water uses shall be established as five basic calculation units.
