Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes that the purpose of the state energetic supervision shall be to ensure safe and sustainable functioning of energetic equipment, energy supply systems and the observance of rules and regulations governing the use of electric and thermal energy. The main task of the state energetic supervision shall be to ensure stable energy supply and the observance by consumers of the rates of consumption of electric and thermal energy. The authorized state institution in the sphere of energetic supervision shall be the State Energetic Survey.
