Ministerial Decree No. 362 validating the Regulation on aerial forest fire protection.

This Ministerial Decree establishes as the main task of aerial forest fire protection systematical aerial patrolling of forest estate for the purpose of timely identification and extinguishing of forest fires. Aerial forest fire protection shall be the competence of the Ministry on Emergency Situations which must elaborate by 1 May of the current year areas of the aerial patrolling and the boundaries of forest land subject to aerial forest fire protection for the forthcoming year. Aerial forest fire protection units must grant to the officials of the Forest Ministry and forest managers the possibility of flying around forest estate for the purpose of inspection of forest fire situation and timely transfer information on all forest fires to the territorial bodies of the Forest Ministry and forest managers.
