Abstract
Item 2.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Felling age for the plantations used for timber extraction for fuel and energy purposes and initially projected as forest plantations destined for timber extraction shall be established by the Ministry of Forestry with the consideration of afforestation and shall be specified in the forest management documentation kept by legal persons.”
