Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes that the plots of subsoil (geological catchments) shall be conceded to the holders of special licence issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection for the exploration and prospecting of mineral deposits. Concession of the plots of subsoil (geological catchments) shall not be required for operational exploration, regional exploration and other geological activities without disturbance of subsoil. Authorization for the latter activities shall be issued by local executive bodies in accordance with land legislation. Geological catchments shall be conceded for the period of five years and it can be extended by the licensing authority. The applicant shall submit application containing the following documents: (a) consent of landowner and land tenant for geological exploration; (b) special exploration licence; (c) topographic map; (d) geological map; and (e) geological cross-sections.
