Abstract
The Premier decrees to validate the list of plant variety subject to protection in conformity with Plant Variety Patent Law according to the attached Annex. The State Customs Committee and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall determine the modalities of import and export of species admitted for the use on the national territory and protected by patent of the Republic of Belarus.
