Ministerial Decree No. 597 validating the Regulation of establishment and distribution of quotas for manufacturing of liquors.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the conditions for setting and distribution between legal persons of quotas for the manufacturing of liquors except for beer. Quotas shall be set for the period of one year and establish maximum production output. The application shall be submitted by legal persons to the state corporate group “Belgospisheprom” and to the Belarusian republican union of consumer associations by 20 October of the current year.
