Ministerial Decree No. 708 validating the Regulation on formulation of tariffs for main forest species sold as standing timber.

This Ministerial Decree regulates tariffs for main forest species sold as standing timber. Tariffs shall mean the amounts paid by authorized forest managers to extract timber. This Decree establishes the formula for calculating the tariffs applied to one cubic metre of timber. Standing timber shall be registered in cubic metres by categories of industrial timber and fuel wood. Tariffs shall be set according to the average annual quotation for timber on the stock exchange for the period preceding 1 November of each year.
