Ministerial Decree No. 88 validating the Regulation on the issuance of expert opinion regarding absence of ozone depleting substances in the produce.

This Ministerial Decree establishes time period for the issuance of certificate attesting absence of ozone depleting substances in the produce to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The aforesaid certificate shall be issued for the produce inserted in the list of products containing ozone depleting substances restricted for import and export and authorized for import and export exclusively in the presence of once-only authorization issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection if the aforesaid produce contains ozone-friendly substances. The applicant shall submit to the Ministry the application and the documents listed in the Annex. The duration of certificate shall correspond to the duration of import-export contract.
