Abstract
Deputy Premier, for the purpose of strengthening state control in the sphere of protection and management of wildlife and prevention of illegal fisheries and catch of aquatic animals, decrees to establish that trade of fish nets and fishing gear shall be carried out by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs upon presentation a contract of lease of fishing water basins for the purpose of carrying out industrial fisheries and (or) organization of charged artisanal fishing or of state authorization for the use of water bodies for fisheries or a certificate attesting their inclusion in the list of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs validated by city authorities, and also physical persons authorized to carry out artisanal fishing with the use of fish nets and fishing gear. Legal persons, individual entrepreneurs and physical persons that have purchased fish nets and fishing gear in accordance with the established modalities must register them within a month from the date of purchase.
