Ministerial Decree No. 94 validating the Regulation on the state biological reserve Lebyazhiy.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that state biological reserve Lebyazhiy shall have as its purpose the conservation and management of wetlands that contain the habitats and nesting grounds of rare and endangered birds recorded in the Red Book. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of the state biological reserve Lebyazhiy: (a) changes to the landscape; (b) engineering; (c) waste disposal and effluent wastewater discharge; (d) burning dry vegetation, brush or wood; (c) gathering wild plants; (d) lighting fires; (e) using methods of plant protection; (f) hunting; (g) artisanal fishing; (h) grazing and (j) all types of main use felling.
