Abstract
These Rules establish the procedure for determining the amount of damage caused to the property (except for a vehicle) of a victim as a result of a road traffic accident, subject to insurance compensation under compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners. They shall be applicable to fauna (wild animals, farm animals, pet animals, service animals and birds) and flora species except for objects of ecological interest. These Rules establish the procedure and calculation formula for damages to wild fauna and wild flora species falling under CITES Convention and also to wild fauna and wild flora species inserted in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus.
