Order No. 01-4/23 of the Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography validating the form of land cadastre and the modalities of keeping thereof.

This Order contains the description of land cadastre and the modalities of its use. Land cadastre shall have the form of a register and shall contain data on plots of land and rights thereto. Each registered plot of land shall have three registration sheets: (a) inventory of a plot of land (sheet A); (b) registration of ownership right of lifelong hereditary possession (sheet BA); and (c) registration of real burden namely permanent tenancy, provisional tenancy, right of lease or sublease, servitude, mortgage, pledge of land ownership right, limited rights decreed by court.
