Abstract
This Order establishes that registration of zoological collections shall be carried out by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and shall include: (a) registration of the applications of the owners of wildlife products that constitute zoological collections; (b) valuation of zoological collections; (c) attribution of reference number to the registered zoological collections; and (d) issuance of certificates to the owners of the most precious zoological collections. Application for state registration and valuation of zoological collections shall be submitted to The Ministry and shall contain the following documentation: (a) species (subspecies, population) and quantity of objects contained in zoological collection; (b) area and period of collection (procurement) of the objects of zoological collection; and (c) full name of the compiler and valuer of zoological collection. Owners of registered zoological collections must inform state registration authority of replenishment, renewal or trade (exchange) of the objects of zoological collection.
