Order No. 210 of the Ministry of Natural resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on the method of calculation of emission of pollutants to the atmosphere in the course of uncontrolled burning of oil and oil products.

This Order establishes the modalities of calculation of emission of pollutants to the atmosphere in the average flare in the course of uncontrolled burning of oil and oil products and in case of oil spill. This calculation method shall be used for the calculation of environmental damage and the sum of compensation therefore. The Order shall be compulsory for all legal and natural persons operating on the national territory. This calculation method shall be applicable to hydrocarbons without hazardousness class.
