Order No. 269 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on issuance of authorization for the destruction of harmful animals.

This Order regulates the issuance of authorization for the destruction of animals harmful for hunting, fisheries and agriculture during the seasons or days prohibited for hunting and in the areas prohibited for hunting. The aforesaid authorization shall be issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection for the destruction of harmful animals on the territory of protected areas and reserves, by the provincial branch of the aforesaid Ministry for the destruction of harmful animals on the territory of one or more provinces, and by district or city branches of the aforesaid Ministry for the destruction of harmful animals on the territory of a district. The authorization shall be issued at the request of lessees of hunting grounds, administration of reserves, national parks and fish farming enterprises. The application must contain: (a) full name of the applicant and legal address thereof; (b) full name and official capacity of the person in charge of the destruction of harmful animals; and (c) list of harmful animals subject to destruction. The period of validity of the authorization shall be one year.
