Abstract
This Order establishes the modalities of conservation, demolition, transfer of urban green plantations and classification thereof. Classification and registration of urban green plantations shall be carried out with a view of correct planting of trees and shrubs in the urban areas, land use planning and keeping of urban green plantations. Classification and registration shall envisage: (a) establishment of groups and categories of urban green plantations (gardens, urban forests, parks); (b) determination of the purposeful use various types of urban green plantations (recreational forests, research, ornamental, educational and cultural plantations); (c) distribution of urban green plantations by categories, including tree plantations, shrubbery and flower gardens; (d) establishment of the quantity of trees; (e) mapping; and (f) registration of changes. All the urban green plantations shall constitute inviolable urban fund and shall be subject to state protection. Regulation on conservation, demolition, transfer of urban plantations, afforestation and reforestation arrangements shall contain arrangements for conservation, extension of areas of urban green plantations and quality improvement thereof.
