Abstract
This Presidential Decree, in order to ensure the functioning of the long-term storage system and disposal of radioactive waste, establishes that the activities of the National Unitary Enterprise "Belarusian Organization for Radioactive Waste Management" is carried out at the expense of the funds transferred by the National Unitary Enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" to the enterprise from the fund for financing work to maintain and improve the safety of the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant, funds from the extra-budgetary centralized investment fund of the Ministry of Energy, payment of amounts under contracts concluded by the enterprise with organizations that produce radioactive waste, as well as other sources not prohibited by law.

Entry into force notes
This Presidential Decree enters into force in the following order: paragraphs three to ten and thirteen of item 3 - from October 14, 2023; other provisions of this from the first day of the month following the month of its official publication.
