This Presidential Decree establishes that State Inspection for Protection of Animal and Vegetable Kingdom shall examine offences related to animal and vegetable kingdom, trade of freshwater fishes, meat of wild animals and wild growing plants. The officials of the aforesaid Inspection shall be authorized to draw up reports on the afore-mentioned administrative offences.
