Abstract
The President decrees that the State Wildlife and Plant Inspection shall examine administrative offences regarding infringement of the legislation on management of surface water, wildlife and vegetable kingdom, environmental safety, trade of freshwater fishes, meat of wild animals, wild growing plant and parts thereof. Officials of the Inspection shall have the right to draw reports regarding the aforesaid offences.
