Presidential Decree No. 162 “On experiment.”

The President, for the purpose of prevention of spreading of pests of infectious diseases common to animals and human beings, decrees to conduct in the period from 1 July to 1 October 2021 at the checkpoint through State border of the Republic of Belarus "Novaya Guta" mandatory disinfection experiment of buses, cars and trucks. During the experiment vehicles registered in the Republic of Belarus and abroad are subject to mandatory disinfection; disinfection of vehicles is carried out in accordance with mandatory technical regulatory requirements established by legal acts of the Republic of Belarus; procedure for mandatory disinfection of vehicles is determined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Mandatory disinfection shall be carried out by LLC "BelGlobalGarant" at disinfection stations and shall be regulated by contract with customer.
