Presidential Decree No. 166 “On improving the special legal regime of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park “Great Stone”.

Regulation on the special legal regime of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park "Great Stone" determines foundations of a special legal regime Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park "Great Stone", features of taxation, land relations and other features of state regulation of economic activity in this territory. The objectives of the industrial park are to attract investment and creation of competitive organizations focused on the development of production in modern sectors of the economy, taking into account the development of innovative activities, research, trade, logistics, housing and other industries. The goals of the industrial park are the creation of new jobs, promoting socio-economic development of regions and export potential of the Republic of Belarus as a whole.
