Presidential Decree No. 280 “On measures for financial recovery of the organizations of agro-industrial complex”.

The President, with a view of financial recovery of the organizations of agro-industrial complex, decrees to apply installment of debt thereto with monthly payments. In case of the impossibility for the organizations of agro-industrial complex to pay debt to full extent, in the first place shall be paid the amount of the principal debt, in the second place shall be paid the interest on the debt and in the third place shall be paid the penalty interest.
