This Presidential Decree establishes compensation of damages caused to environment in accordance with Annexes 1-8 and, in particular, by emission of pollutants to the atmospheric air and land degradation. It establishes rates of environmental fees for damages caused to environment and establishes types and indices of land degradation, including soil pollution.
