Presidential Decree No. 361 validating the Statute of the state scientific and technical institution “Center for nuclear and radiation safety”.

The President, with a view of organization of scientific and technical support of activities in the field of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety, decrees to set up the state scientific and technical institution “Center for nuclear and radiation safety” under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The aforesaid institution with a view of performing research studies shall employ research staff.
