Abstract
The President, with a view of creating favorable conditions for the performance of handicraft activities by natural persons, decrees that handicraft activities related to individual manufacturing and vending of commodities and provision of services with the use of manual labor and tools shall not be considered entrepreneurial activity. Handicraft activities shall include: (a) manufacturing of fishing gear; and (b) equipment for keeping of poultry, birds, wild animals and bees.
