Presidential Decree No. 443 “On insurance of output yield for agricultural crops, livestock and poultry”.

The President, in order to determine the conditions of compulsory insurance with the state support for output yield for agricultural crops, livestock and poultry, decrees to validate the list of agricultural crops, livestock and poultry and insurance rates for mandatory insurance of crops, livestock and poultry with state support for 2023 (attached); the percentage of compensation for damage and replanting costs for 2023 in the event of the destruction of winter crops sown in 2022 at the level of 35 percent; the percentage of compensation for damage and replanting costs for 2023 in the event of the destruction of agricultural crops sown in 2023 at the level of 35 percent; the percentage of compensation for damage in case of death (mortality), emergency slaughter (destruction), seizure by decision of local executive and administrative bodies during the elimination of foci of infectious diseases of livestock and poultry for 2023 is at the level of 100 percent. Presidential Decree No. 530 “On insurance” shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of death (mortality), emergency slaughter (destruction) as a result of infectious diseases, expropriation by decision of local executive and administrative bodies during the elimination of foci of infectious diseases of livestock and poultry, an insured event report is drawn up by the insurer no more than once a month, and it includes all livestock and poultry that died (reported dead), emergency slaughtered (destroyed), expropriated by decision of local executive and administrative bodies during the elimination of foci of infectious diseases of livestock and poultry during the period for which the act is drawn up.”
