Abstract
Wildlife and Plant Protection Inspection subordinated to the President shall be the authorized state institution carrying out within its competence the state supervision over protection and management of fauna and flora. The main tasks and functions of the Inspection shall be: (a) state supervision over hunting and fishing species and trees and shrubbery subject to timber extraction; (b) coordination of activity by the state bodies and other organizations related to protection and management of species subject to hunting and fisheries; and (c) supervision of the arrangements by fish farming organizations related to keeping of fishes in the ponds.
