Abstract
Item 1.2.1 shall acquire the following wording: “Tariffs for fuelwood of the main forest species traded as standing timber shall be validated annually by the Council of Ministers”. Item 38 shall acquire a new wording: “The grounds for issuing felling licence shall be decision of the competent authority for allocation of a forest block for timber extraction or auction sale contract registered at the joint-stock company “Byelorussian universal stock-exchange”.
