Presidential Decree No. 79 regarding veterinary supervision.

The President that Department of veterinary and food supervision (“Belselkhoznadzor”) subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall carry out state supervision in the sphere of veterinary, quality control of foodstuffs and alimentary raw materials, seed growing and plant protection and plant quarantine. The President validates the list of officials having the status state veterinary inspectors authorized to exercise rights granted by the legislation.
