Presidential Decree No. 91 amending Presidential Decree No. 214 on forest conservation measures.

Regulation on allocation and trade of standing timber shall be amended to add the following wording: “Issued raised by forest managers, related to location of timber extraction and logging areas, width, contiguity and bordering thereof, and other related issues shall be examined by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Forests at written request of the forest managers.”
