Presidential Decree No. 91 amending Presidential Decree No. 528 “On complex environmental permits”.

This Presidential Decree authorizes performance of activities causing negative environmental impact until 1 January 2020 in the absence of complex environmental permits but in accordance with separate permits for emissions to the atmospheric air, special water management permits and permits for non-domestic waste storage and disposal issued prior to 1 January 2016 .
