Regulation on ensuring safe transportation of hazardous substances by air and inland water transport.

This Regulation establishes the modalities of cooperation between all the state bodies concerned for ensuring safe transportation of hazardous substances by air and inland water transport. Department on supervision over industrial and nuclear safety subordinated to the Ministry of Emergency Situations shall be the authorized state institution entitled with the task of enforcing legislation related to safe transportation of hazardous substances and prevention of accidents and technological disasters? Identification and prevention of offences in the sphere of transportation of hazardous substances, and also investigation of violations and accidents.
