Regulation on the modalities of filling in and submitting the application on the registration of trademark and service mark.

The present Regulation contains elucidation by the State patent institution of the modalities of application for, registration and utilization of trademarks and service marks. Application for the registration of trademark or service mark can be sent by post, submitted personally or through patent attorney. The application must contain description of trademark, owner’s personal data, the declared designation, the list of commodities to which the trademark is applicable listed in conformity with the International classification of commodities and services for the registration of trademarks.
