Regulation on suspension of equipment, installations, works, proceedings, enterprises and organization infringing environmental protection terms and conditions.

This Regulation governs the activity of the environmental protection bodies as regards application thereby of administrative proceedings such as suspension of technological equipment, enterprises and organizations in case of the infringement of environmental legislation and, in particular, excessive discharge of wastewater, emissions to the atmosphere and waste management. Legalized administrative regulation of suspension of proceedings shall be handed over to the manager of the suspended works. Suspension shall be carried out in the form of sealing waterworks, air protection equipment or main installation or equipment governing production process. Suspension shall not be authorized for continuing technological processes if it can cause emergency situations.
