Resolution No. 10 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection amending resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.

Resolution No. 25 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on ecological certificate of industrial enterprises shall be amended to add the following wording: an environmental certificate is legalized by a nature manager on the basis of data on the accounting of extracted (mined) natural resources, emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, discharges of wastewater into the environment, waste, and other types of harmful impact on the environment, in the form in accordance with the appendix. Resolution No. 15 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Model Regulation on environmental protection service shall be amended to add the following wording: the environmental protection service reports to the head of the legal entity or his deputy, who is responsible for organizing work on environmental protection and rational (sustainable) use of natural resources. Resolution No. 27 of the Ministry of natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on registration of emissions and negative environmental impact shall be amended to add the following wording: accounting of extracted (mined) natural resources, emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, discharges of wastewater into the environment, waste (except for cases stipulated by legislation on waste management), as well as accounting of other types of harmful impact on the environment are carried out by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the process of carrying out economic and other activities.
