Resolution No. 1320 of the Council of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for granting the right of special use of flora species and notification of local executive and administrative bodies about planned activities for the purchase of wild growing plants and (or) their parts.

The basis for the implementation of special use of flora species by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs is the decision of the city or district executive and administrative body (local self-government) at the location of the planned implementation of the right of special use of flora species granting of the right of special use of flora species. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are required to notify the authorized body at the location of the planned activity to purchase wild growing plants and (or) their parts about the planned activity to purchase wild growing plants and (or) their parts. The decision to grant the right of special use of flora species, drawn up in the form in accordance with Appendix 1, is taken by the authorized body on the basis of an application for the granting of the right of special use of flora species in the form in accordance with Appendix 2, submitted by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs planning to carry out special use of flora species. The decision of the authorized body on granting the right of special use of flora species may contain mandatory restrictions and conditions for the use of flora species, stipulated by legislative acts. The decision of the authorized body on granting the right of special use of flora species is taken for a period of up to five years.
