Resolution No. 14 of the Ministry of Forestry validating the Regulation on registration of hunting dogs and birds of prey.

This Regulation determines the procedure for registering hunting dogs and birds of prey. Registration of hunting dogs and birds of prey is carried out by the national state-public association “Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen. Hunting dogs, classified as one of the breeds of hunting dogs, aged three months and older are subject to registration. Dogs of other breeds may be registered in accordance with the procedure established by this Regulation, as hunting dogs, if these breeds are in accordance with their own standards, were bred for hunting. Birds of prey classified as one of the species of birds of prey are subject to registration. In case of change of owner of a hunting dog or bird of prey registration card issued to the previous owner shall be handed over to the national state-public association “Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen” at the place of its issuance. Registration of a hunting dog or bird of prey in the name of the new owner shall be carried out in the manner prescribed by this Regulation. In the event of the death of a registered hunting dog or bird of prey, its owner reports this within 30 calendar days from the date of death of hunting dog or bird of prey to the national state-public association “Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen at the place of issuance of the registration card and submits the registration documentation. Annex 1 contains the application form for registration of hunting dogs. Annex 2 contains the application form for registration of birds of prey. Annex 3 contains the form of registration card of hunting dogs. Annex 4 contains the registration cards of birds of prey.
