Resolution No. 19 of the Ministry of Forestry “On the procedure for transferring part of the payments for forest use.”

This Resolution establishes that in 2024: (a) payments for forest management in the amount of 50 percent (fee for forest management, determined based on the tax value established by the Council of Ministers, rent for the use of a forest fund plot), calculated according to the payment deadlines in 2024 by organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Forestry, shall be transferred by forest users to the accounts of the main directorates of the Ministry of Finance for the regions and the city of Minsk, opened for the crediting of payments, control over the payment of which is carried out by tax authorities at the place of registration of forestry enterprises (payment code 4007); and (b) when selling standing timber at the exchange auctions of the open joint-stock company "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange", a fee for forest use, determined on the basis of the tax value, in the amount of 50 percent, is transferred.
