Special provisions govern valuation discrepancies, currency conversion, and exceptions for certain vehicles (e.g., those registered for more than two years in an EAEU country or purchased through official representatives). Extensive annexes list fee rates for a wide range of vehicles and machinery, including passenger cars, trucks, tractors, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery, differentiating between newer and older units.
