Resolution No. 22 of the Ministry of Forestry “On the delegation of powers to draw up reports on administrative offences”.

The Ministry of Forestry delegates the powers to draw up reports on administrative offences to the officials of the Ministry of Forestry and organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Forestry, including, in relation to some administrative offences, alto to the officials of state environmental protection institutions, entrusted with the functions of state forest protection.
