Resolution No. 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on certification of producers of original and elite seeds of agricultural crops.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of establishes: (a) criteria for examining the material and technical facilities of producers of original and elite seeds of agricultural crops for the presence of conditions that allow for the production, refinement, storage, trade, transportation of original and elite seeds of agricultural crops with the best varietal and sowing qualities in accordance with Appendix 1; (b) application form for certification of manufacturers of original and elite seeds of agricultural plants according to Appendix 2; and (c) the form of the attestation sheet in accordance with Appendix 3.
