Resolution No. 34 of the Ministry of Natural Recourses and Environmental Protection "On the establishment of lists of species of wild animals”.

This Resolution establishes a list of species of wild animals prohibited from being kept and/or bred in captivity in apartments of multi-apartment and block residential buildings, single-apartment residential buildings and their adjacent territories, in gardening associations, dacha cooperatives, in accordance with Appendix 1; a list of species of wild animals permitted for keeping in contact zoos, in accordance with Appendix 2.
