Resolution No. 488 of the Council of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for issuing permits for the introduction, reintroduction, acclimatization, and crossing of wild animals.

Regulation on the procedure for issuing permits for the introduction, reintroduction, acclimatization, and crossing of wild animals establishes that in order to obtain the aforesaid permit legal entity or individual entrepreneur planning the afore-mentioned activities must submit to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection application form in accordance with the Annex 1 and other documents specified in the list of administrative procedures performed by the Ministry and its territorial bodies. Issuance of permit is not required in case of availability of permit for capture of wild fauna species for the purpose of captive breeding, introduction (including distribution), reintroduction, acclimatization, and crossing of wild animals issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. The period of validity of permit shall be determined in accordance with the period of validity specified in the list of administrative procedures. Permits shall be non-transferable.
